Only Time Will Tell, April 2003

Sherry Lewis

Sherry Lewis doesn't remember a time in her life when she didn't want to be a novelist. Her first literary success came in 7th grade when she won first- place in a junior high school poetry contest and saw the poem published in the school's newspaper. Her real publishing career began a decade ago when she received an offer from Berkley Prime Crime to publish NO PLACE FOR SECRETS (July 1995) and the next two books in what was to become a mystery series featuring a 73-year-old sleuth, Fred Vickery.

Just a few months later, she sold her first contemporary romance, CALL ME MOM (January 1995) to Harlequin Superromance, and she has been writing ever since. Just four years later, Sherry left her job with the federal court system to write full-time, and she has no plans to change that any time soon.

She is a recipient of the Isolde Carlson Writer of the Year Award (1999) from the Utah Chapter Romance Writers of America, and her books have received numerous awards over the years.

She is a frequent guest speaker for writer's groups and conferences, and she has been teaching writing classes for a decade, in person, through a local university, and now on-line.

ONLY TIME WILL TELL is Sherry's 20th book to hit the shelves, and she still loves books as much as ever. She is a self-confessed bookaholic and is firmly convinced she has one of the largest "To Be Read" stacks in the world. She only wishes she had enough time to read them all.
